We are looking for an experienced Development Planner to join our team here at Baw Baw Shire Council As a Development Planner you will play a key role in managing major subdivision and development projects, providing expert planning advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position involves working closely with the Baw Baw community, industry professionals, and government stakeholders to drive strategic planning outcomes.

**About the Role**

As a Development Planner you will support and deliver end to end planning and development processes for major subdivision and development projects. Your role will require you to provide expert planning advice, prepare clear and concise reports, and make recommendations on planning matters to be taken to Council.

Collaboration is essential for this role, as you will engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Your strong communication skills will ensure you are able to guide stakeholders through the planning process and ensuring that development projects contribute positively to the growth of Baw Baw Shire.
