We are currently looking for a Professional Practice Manager (lead pharmacist) to help lead our Middle Brighton Pharmacy team.

**Professional Practice Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because along with the day to day dispensing of medication, they**:

- Lead the dispensary team, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our members and customers
- Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice
- Support the Pharmacy Operations Manager in implementing and monitoring programs thatimprove store performance
- Ensure our dispensaries are well-stocked and organised
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
