38-hour week: paid for the hours you work with overtime penalties if the unlikely event you exceed ordinary hours

A day in the life
As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:
Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
Driving Ghanda values with your store team
Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
Liaising with Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space
Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
About You
We'll know you're the one if you are:
A demonstrated leader who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style aligned with our values
Customer-first mindset, strong fundamentals, and a serious approach to retail
Experience in a retail or hospitality role is helpful, but the right attitude matters most
