- Assembling timber frames/and or trusses
- Ability to complete strenuous work

- Experience in a labour role or ability to learn quickly
- Able to take and follow instructions
- Proven attention to detail
- Takes pride in work
- Can meet deadlines
- Safety conscious
- Conduct, culture & values
- Drivers licence with own transport

- Sound knowledge of safety management, risk assessment
- Great references
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
