WHO ARE WE?

Outpost Bar is a brand-new small bar opening soon in Broulee — moody lighting, Ned Kelly vibes, local produce, and a rotating menu of bold tapas-style dishes, craft beers, and Aussie wines.

We're a small team doing big things — and we need a hands-on, all-round legend to keep things ticking in the kitchen and behind the bar.

WHO YOU ARE:
You're reliable, hard-working, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Whether you're scrubbing pans, restocking the bar, or helping the kitchen prep for service, you take pride in the job and know that every task counts.

You're calm under pressure, love being part of a team, and enjoy a good playlist while you work. You don't mind getting your hands dirty — literally — and you're looking for a workplace where your efforts matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Support the kitchen team with prep and cleaning
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and safe
- Assist behind the bar with restocking, glass collection, ice runs and general support
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
- Be part of a positive, close-knit team who've got each other's backs
