Overview
The Reject Shop is seeking a Store Manager for our Hobart store.
We're looking for a retail powerhouse to lead our team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
Responsibilities
Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.
Solving challenges with strong problem-solving skills and ensuring smooth operations.
Ensuring a safe environment for our customers and your team.
Deliver business objectives.
