Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments
Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings
Ensure shelves are stocked so customers have strong product choices
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
Be yourself and contribute to a vibrant team culture
About You
Confidently converse with customers to provide a welcoming, engaging experience
Good availability across days, evenings and weekends
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
Ambition to grow your career within the business
Active lifestyle and willingness to stay engaged on the floor
Desire to leave a positive imprint in any role you grow into
