**The Position**
- Has previous experience supporting and mentoring all staff. Includes setting positive examples in approach to SHEQ, appearance (Dress Code), cleanliness of vehicle, and conduct to your team, your client, your leaders, and the public.
- Participate in the recruiting process, including review of resumes and face-to-face interviews with recruiting to determine fit for purpose hiring.
- When needed, perform relief service to maintain maximum productivity.
- Deliver pre-start and Tool-box meetings.
- Develop rosters and schedule with Client.
- Maintain service schedule, including the sourcing and booking of services with third-party providers.
- Review timesheets with Client, prior to approval and invoicing.
- Review invoicing for efficacy with accounts team.
- Perform routine inspections (weekly) of all plant and equipment for cleanliness and defects.
- Perform routine inspections (weekly) of all bins for suitability, correct stickers and defects.
- Perform inventory audits (weekly). Liaise with administration support to procure and maintain suitable stock levels for all works.

**Essential Requirements**:

- White Card
- HR Class Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Forklift Ticket
- Able to pass a full medical and DAS (commercial drivers medical)
- Must be fit this is a physically demanding role
- Prepared to relief drive for up to 3 days a week to cover sick leave and annual leave as required
