As they continue to expand, they are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and develop their rope access operations.

**About the Role**:
As the Senior Façade Maintenance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of their rope access operations. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in the delivery of façade care services, ensuring high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role with require you to drive business development, lead safety initiatives, and mentor team members while contributing to the strategic growth of the company.
- IRATA level 3(or equivalent) certification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in rope access operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience in façade maintenance and care services
- Experience in business development or client management
- Strong knowledge around access systems and maintenance equipment
