Your Responsibilities:Be a 'Risk Transformation Pioneer'.
re-define the quality standards of 2nd Line Risk Assurance, across SOX Prudential, Operational Risk, Compliance and Project domains in line with regulatory change and evolving risk management practiceRe-engineer the 2nd Line Risk Assurance processes, lead and drive the development of methodologies , training and quality frameworkAct as a 'Project Manager' , lead and coordinate annual assurance testing and any transformation initiatives, such as Analytics & Automation strategiesPerform independent reviews and evaluationsalong the 'change' process, continuously challenge the status quoMaintain updates to Risk and Compliance Assurance Manual, ensuring tools and methods are fit for purposeHold accountable for stakeholder relationshipscross the 3 lines of defence up to Head-of level, in ensuring all parties exercise their responsibilityin enhancing risk frameworks and rolling outContinuously identify trends, and common practices adopted by peer industry playersRequirements:7+ years of experience in Financial Services (open to assurance, risk & compliance, quality assurance, practice management, process optimisation, project management backgrounds)Demonstrableability to standarise and optimise controls effectively and efficientlyOutstanding project coordination skills to successfullyplan, roll out and drive change & transformation in a Tier-1 financial institutionwho is complex in architecturePotential leadership skills to recruit and manage your own teamRelevant qualifications are desirable (eg.
