Lead Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Transformation
This is a high-impact role at the heart of digital transformation, well-suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and business.
About the Opportunity
You will lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, playing a critical role in shaping and delivering the roadmap for sales, marketing, digital, and customer service tech streams.
The successful candidate will report into the Head of Technology and work with internal business stakeholders to balance needs and deliver the highest value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision and strategy
across sales, marketing, digital, and customer service tech streams.
Drive end-to-end delivery
using Agile/Lean methodologies, writing epics, prioritising backlogs, and leading delivery from idea through to launch.
Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
, ensuring a smooth and value-driven transition from Salesforce.
Work with vendors and delivery partners to manage relationships, budgets, and outcomes.
Stay across emerging tech and market trends
to guide long-term roadmap planning.
Evaluate alignment with internal risk, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Ambitious product leader with experience in implementing sales and customer service solutions.
Proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery using Agile/Lean methodologies.
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Agile project management tools.
