Frontend Developer - Freelance
Overview
The Opportunity: range from leading project implementations, mentoring junior staff, translating UX designed wireframes to production level HTML/CSS/JS, integrating third-party APIs and platforms as well as working on a mixture of projects for a range of clients.
Responsibilities
Lead project implementations
Mentor junior staff
Translate UX designed wireframes to production level HTML/CSS/JS
Integrate third-party APIs and platforms
Work on a mixture of projects for a range of clients
Qualifications
Demonstrated development experience with Vue.js, preferably TypeScript or development experience with React, or experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Functions
One of the following would be good to have:Demonstrated experience integrating with RESTful and third-party APIs
A strong understanding of SEO compliant mark-up and best practices
A strong understanding of Accessibility standards
Tools
Git mastery
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of task runners and bundlers (e.g. Grunt, Gulp, Webpack)
Familiarity developing in a Windows environment
Experience with Docker
Personal
