We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, responsible and caring individual to work towards and be paid to receive their Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care** through a Traineeship.**

This is your opportunity to join our amazing, fun and dedicated team in a full-time, one year fixed term capacity.

During this hands-on traineeship you will combine study with on-the-job training to gain skills and experience in working with children, as well as working towards obtaining a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

**What you'll do**:
The trainee is an important part of the team in the Community Preschool. You will be provided with hands on experience whilst working towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. And the best part is that you can earn while you learn

As our trainee, you will be helped to build knowledge and experience within Early Childhood Education and Care. Your team, centre leadership and your assessor will help to guide you through each day, making sure that you feel a part of the team and always supported.

**What you need**:

- Capacity to complete the theoretical component of the traineeship
- Must not hold a current Certificate III qualification or above in Child Care or any other field
- Must be willing to obtain a paid Working with Children Check
- Must be over 18 years of age and an Australian citizen/permanent resident
- Commitment to inclusive practices, child safety and protection
- Willing to have fun, be creative and be invested in the learning of children
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and families
- Proven ability to be reliable, professional and punctual
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
- A good level of physical fitness
- Evidence from the Australian Immunisation Register that you have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination, or a medical contraindication
