If you're ready to unlock high-impact insights and fuel business success, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.What will keep you busy Lead the development of innovative website behavioural insights framework to drive continual optimisation of the customer journeyBuild scalable analytics capabilities to turn website data into actionable insights and identify new opportunities for improvementPartner with Analytics, Marketing, and Content teams to analyse traffic behaviours across different acquisition channels, including organic search and paid mediaCollaborate with technology teams to design, implement, and refine measurement tools and practices for tracking website performanceInfluence the selection and rollout of technology and processes that elevate our website insights and reportingProvide strategic guidance around SEO, acquisition marketing, and user experience enhancementsChampion a culture of data-driven decision making within the Digital Engagement and Marketing teamsWhat we'd love to see from you Proven expertise in analysing complex, high-traffic website experiences and multi-touchpoint user journeysBackground in SaaS or eCommerce, with exposure to subscriptions, sales, growth, or lead generationAdvanced skills in SQL (essential), with Python and Snowflake experience a plus; proficient with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Power BIStrong grasp of SEO strategies, digital marketing practices, and experience working with both organic and paid acquisition channelsExcellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
