Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm (weekend work optional)

Pro Seal QLD is a North Brisbane-based company specialising in high-quality joint sealing for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Known for our clean finishes and reliable service, we're looking for the right person to join our team.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced Joint Sealer / Silicone Applicator who takes pride in precise work and understands the importance of quality presentation and long-term durability.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete internal and external joint sealing, including tilt panels and expansion joints
- Travel to various job sites Sunshine Coast to South Brisbane
- Work alongside builders, site supervisors and team members to meet deadlines
- Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and consistent high-quality finishes

What You'll Need
- Minimum 1 year experience in joint sealing or caulking
- Strong attention to detail and a great eye for clean finishes
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
