Together, the team services the region from Bloomsbury to Inkerman, carrying out a range of tasks from proactive preventative maintenance to signalling upgrades and corrective repairs.
Their collaborative efforts keep the rail network running smoothly and safely for all Queenslanders.About the roleInstall and repair signalling equipmentAttend signalling failures to analyse, repair and report on cause of signal failuresMaintain records and associated documentation relating to asset renewal programs and costing systemsReport on actual work performed against the scheduled work program and report any equipment performance and condition irregularitiesAbout youCertificate IV Railway SignallingCurrent 'C' Class Drivers LicenceCurrent Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence or interstate equivalent that can be changed over prior to startingMust have capacity to travel and work throughout regional QueenslandFor further information please click here to view the Position Description.
