**About Cocoon SDA Care**:
Cocoon SDA Care provides support staff to NDIS-registered provider. Our houses offer our participants a place they can call home, whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs. Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full.

**The role**:

- Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care
- Experience in managing participants with challenging behaviours
- Available for overnight shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-6am)
- If you have the passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.

- We are seeking permanent or part time Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.
- You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

- They create opportunities, are champions of connecting their abilities, and inspire partnerships of support that encourage every individual to realise the full potential.

- Experience in mental health would be advantageous

**Mandatory requirement**
- ** Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent**:

- ** First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.**:

- ** Current Driver's License**:

- ** Own Vehicle**:

- ** National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check**:

- ** Working with Children Check.**
