**The Role**
We are currently recruiting a **Draftsperson** to join our team, based out of our Corporate office in Sydney
Reporting to the Drafting Team Leader, this role will see you producing and coordinating accurate drafting documentation to support home production. This includes managing design files, overlaying civil and service plans, maintaining the home design matrix, and ensuring compliance standards are met. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare yield studies, masterplans, site sections, and conceptual sketches; plot product layouts and coordinate civil and service plans with stakeholders.
- Review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance with regulations and building codes, maintaining consistent documentation standards.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, productivity, and a supportive team environment.
- Adhere to WHS policies, report hazards, and actively participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
**About You**
- Degree qualified in Drafting or Architecture with 5+ years' experience with master-planned projects, urban design, and residential facades.
- Revit proficiency is essential, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Office 365 preferred.
- Understanding of construction methodologies, NCC and Australian Standards. Exposure to MHE, caravan park codes, and land lease communities (NSW, VIC, QLD) is advantageous, but not essential.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder liaison experience, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
