- Customer service and support
- Prescription processing
- Stock management and inventory control
- General administrative duties

*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer service role is an asset but not required
- Certificate II in Community Pharmacy or equivalent is desirable
