Details regarding the role
- You wil organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Lead agency parties/events including sending out invites, managing RSVP's, ordering all the food, drinks, venue, hires etc
- Operate our phone system in a timely manner, greeting of guests upon arrival and maintaining the presentation of reception and kitchen area
- Building PowerPoint presentation, especially to assist with new business pitches
- Keeping up to date with our client contact list
About your skills and experience
- You have previous administrative/front of house experience
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Executive diary management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organised and business savvy
- You are enthusiastic, a team player and have an approachable nature
