Overview
We're looking for a Motion Designer / 3D Artist who can bring ideas to life across digital, social, DOOH and broadcast.
You'll take projects from concept through to delivery, crafting high-quality visuals and motion design that connect with audiences.

What you'll do
Create stand-out motion graphics for videos, commercials and multimedia projects
Bring stories to life with 2D and 3D animation, from assets and environments to full sequences
Storyboard concepts to communicate ideas visually
Integrate VFX to add realism, magic or impact
Collaborate with designers, animators and editors to keep projects consistent and on-brand
Manage your own projects, hitting deadlines and adapting to feedback
Stay current with the latest tools, trends and techniques
What you'll need
3+ years as a Motion Designer / 3D VFX Artist
Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or Blender (plus Redshift or similar)
Ability to work independently, problem-solve and manage time under pressure
Experience across multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality
Confident communicator with both creative teams and clients
Experience in integrated campaigns for both digital and TV
Attention to detail, great organisation and knowledge of Mac and PC workflows
Bonus points for interest/experience in Unreal Engine, Unity or AI tools like Midjourney
