**Position: Full-Time Barista**

**Location: Rosebud, Vic**

**Salary: $30/hour**

Are you passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee and providing exceptional customer service? Rosebud Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Barista to join our team As a Barista at Rosebud Cafe, you'll be at the forefront of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering a memorable coffee experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, adhering to Rosebud Cafe's standards of excellence.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and product knowledge to provide recommendations to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Rosebud VIC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Rosebud VIC: Relocate before starting work (required)
