About the Role:
As a Barista at TotalFusion Chermside, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding café experience for our members and guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, thrives in a high-volume environment, and enjoys building connections with customers.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum two years of experience in a high-volume café or hospitality setting
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to dial in grinders and shots for consistently high-quality coffee
- Excellent customer service, with the ability to remember customers' names and coffee preferences
- Availability across seven days, including weekends and peak service periods
