Perth, Western Australia Programmed Skilled Workforce Full time

**Role**: 4WD Accessory Fitter

**Work location**:O'Connor or Kewdale

**Shift**: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.

**Pay rate**:$38 per hour + OT

**Position Description**:

- Complete fitment of aeroklas, bocar, flexiglass and tjm parts and accessories to 4wd and similar customer vehicles
- Carry out fitment of parts and accessories to the highest quality standard and within industry recognized time frames - per job card, work schedule and in accordance with relevant work instructions
- Ensure no damage is caused to customer vehicles and property during fitment by utilizing the correct equipment and following procedures and relevant work instructions
- Inform the Workshop Team Leader of any delays or issues with a job as soon as they become apparent
- Work with semi-skilled staff to role model appropriate technical skills
- Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Workshop Team Leader
- Do appropriate housekeeping during and at the end of each day to ensure a clean, tidy, and safe workplace
- Support other roles and functions across the Branch as required to ensure an efficient operation.
- Ensure you act responsibly and perform work duties in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety standards
- Support the Quality policy by ensuring Quality in everything that we do as per AS/NZS ISO9001:2016, and Conformity of Production requirements.
- Complete any other reasonable task as directed by the company

**Requirements**:

- Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent
- Driver's license
- LF license

**Experience**:

- Automotive fitting and/or mechanical skills in a workshop environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
