We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead specializing in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Salesforce initiatives, providing technical expertise, and guiding the development of innovative solutions.

**What Does an Average Day Look Like?**

In this dynamic business, there is no 'average' day at **humm** To try and summarise though, you will be:

- Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Lead technical design & development of technical solution documentation aligned with the business strategy.
- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
- Collaborate and engage with business stakeholders on how best to set up business processes and technical solutions to achieve their goals.
- Implementation of solutions in Salesforce and associated packages/products (e.g. Q2)
- Leading your squad on Salesforce best practices and establishing frameworks for development and deployment.
- Provide technical support for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce & Q2 platform.
- Ensure all code is peer-reviewed against development standards prior to deployment.
- Lead and manage Salesforce development projects from inception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.

- Previous software engineering experience.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce development with knowledge of Best Practice understanding on coding standards, deployments, and Integrations,
