What you'll be doing- Lead the design and execution of our Leadership Development Strategy to build capability aligned to our strategic vision.- Develop and deliver frontline leadership and professional development frameworks that support growth, performance, and progression across the Group.- Embed our Group Capability Framework to inform talent, performance, succession, and career planning initiatives.- Partner closely with our HR Business Partners to deliver tailored, high-impact leadership solutions.- Leverage internal and external insights to ensure Qantas remains at the forefront of leadership and learning innovation.
What you'll bring
You're an expert in organisational and leadership development with:
- Extensive experience in executive and professional development, ideally within complex and fast-paced organisations.- Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-wide leadership strategies, frameworks, and high-impact interventions.- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of adult learning and organisational psychology.- A collaborative, credible presence with experience coaching senior leaders and influencing at the highest levels.- Passion for building inclusive, capable, and future-fit workforces.
