We are recruiting staff to join our friendly team at a busy Vietnamese cuisine restaurant, La Fraiche Bánh Mì, in Sydney International Airport

Positions available (Junior also accepted):
Cashier staff

About your role
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Prepare cooking ingredients
- Make banh mi for customers
- General store cleaning and stocking tasks
- Conduct closing procedures

Kitchen hand

About your role
- Vietnamese food preparation
- Daily stocking tasks
- General cleaning tasks in kitchen area

General Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience for cashier position
- Responsible, fast-learning, hard-working, punctual
- Good English communication skills
- Banh mi making experience is preferred
- Living near Airport areas (preferred but not essential)
- Full time and Part time (Minimum 3 shifts per week)

No experience necessary as training will be provided for the appropriate applicant, who is hard-working and responsible. We also offer fixed working hours and opportunity for learning and training in the kitchen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
