We're looking for an **experienced male support worker preferred of age between 35 -55years old**for our member who lives independently in East Perth.
**Our team** support our member with social outings in the local community on Saturdays and Sundays. Our member enjoys going to the football (you must be a Docker's fan) and building lego, spending time with family.
We're looking for people who will connect and engage well with our member and other people who are important to her, so **great interpersonal skills** with shared interests are a must.
The successful applicants will receive training and mentoring in our member's support needs so that they are comfortable and confident providing support independently.
Salary (per hour) - Weekday daytime: $34.90
Weekday night time: $37.79
Saturday: $47.23
Sunday: $60.73
Public Holiday: $74.22

Before starting in the role, we do need you to:
- have, or be willing to apply, for an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and other 'Checks'.
- have a valid Australian Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- undertake, or be willing to undertake, an NDIS Module.

- Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support
- Experience in Support Work, Aged Care, Nursing or Allied Health
