Kids World Kindy, established in 1985 is a privately owned group of early learning services operating in Sydney and the South Coast. The owners of Kids World Kindy have more than 25 years of experience in providing high quality education and care. **We are currently seeking ECT or Diploma Working Towards ECT educators.**

You will be responsible for fostering relationships with children and families, inclusive practices for children with additional needs and individual behaviour management plans.

If you have strong verbal communication skills, are passionate about a play-based learning an emergent curriculum approach and making a positive contribution to our community, then we want to hear from you.

**Essential Criteria**
- Applicants who hold an ECT or Diploma Working Towards ECT in Children's Services.
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous experience is essential, Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Committed to excellence in early childhood education and care
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Working with Children Check
- Child Protection and First Aid Qualifications as per the regulations
