We are currently recruiting for a talented and experienced **part time Barista** who places the customer first and makes the very best coffee to join our team based in Mckinnon, Melbourne. This role will see you working within our refurbished Senior Living Home, operating the very best equipment and using the very best beans and products.

**_ What your day will look like: _**
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
- Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
- Providing exceptional customer service to all employees on site

**_A bit about you:_**
- We're after experienced Barista's (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees
- Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience in a barista role within a franchise/cafe environment.
- Barista Qualifications favourable
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
- knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures.
- To be considered you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with the booster dose, hold a national police check and be willing to obtain the annual Influenza vaccination._
