Overview
Looking to build your office experience in a fast-paced seasonal role?
Join our 2026 vintage team in Yenda and support the Grower Services department during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year.
We're seeking a Vintage Administration Assistant to assist with a range of office duties throughout the vintage period.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Grower Services team with daily administrative tasks
Handling data entry and documentation
Communicating with growers and internal teams
Assisting with coordination of grape intake records and reports
What You'll Need
Previous office experience is essential
Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office or similar systems
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy team environment
Reliable transport
Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2026)
At least 18 years old by 31 January 2026
