About the Role
- Provide expert advice and support in relation to senior medical officer workforce matters including recruitment and selection, appointments, credentialing and scope of clinical practice and the senior medical performance review process.
- Prepare and collate high quality correspondence, reports and management information relating to issues arising with the employment of staff.
- Build relationships and external networks.
- Implement and oversee systems to ensure accurate personnel records are compliant and maintained.
