Causmag International, a longstanding manufacturer of Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Carbonate looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position and reports to Sales and Marketing Manager. The position is located in the picturesque rural town of Young in NSW. Young is located 365 km from Sydney and 160 km from Canberra.

Qualifications, experience and requirements:

- Pleasing personality, sweet voice
- Very good documentation skills
- Ability to do internet research to constantly innovate towards improvements and cost reduction
- Command over Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible hours depending on the business requirement
- Knowledge of the agriculture and chemical industries

Responsibilities will include:

- Develop new clients and offer products to suit their requirement.
- Study market conditions with respect to similar alternates available in the market and prepare strategies how to compete against the same.
- Follow process chain from Order entry to dispatch and after sales follow up.
- Promote products in new markets.
- Arranging, packing, and posting samples for new leads generated.
- Negotiate pricing and credit terms with clients. Take reference from current market conditions under overall supervision of Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Ensure that order is complete in all respects. Pass on order to Production with a note on special characteristics of the particular customer.
- Liaise with Production and QA to update customers on progress of their orders.
- Periodically get finished goods inventory report from Production and make efforts to sell those goods.
- Monitor availability of Packaging material.
- Take charge of total logistics area. Negotiate with transporters and shipping agents to get the best rates and ensure that goods are delivered in time without any damage.
- Liaise with Production and transporters to arrange for trucks and containers at right time.
- Provide daily billing and sales reports to management.
- Chep pallet control.
- Ready to travel and meet clients on monthly basis. Attend industry related conferences and meetings.
- Recording, solving, and monitoring complaints; GMP system document control.
- Wherever needed, help finance in chasing payments from customers (outstanding).
- Assist in any other area of business as and when needed.

Annual salary range $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience.
