**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Nursing to support recruitment and retention of Bank and Pool nurses and midwives.
- Work with a friendly small team of Allocators and Coordinators
- Assist the Director of Nursing with On Boarding new Bank and Pool staff members
- Foster relationships with a range of stakeholders, including Bank and Pool nurses midwives, Senior Nursing staff, Allocators and Afterhours Coordinators
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Extensive experience in an office environment
- High level office skill with eye for detail
- High level of customer service
- Previous experience in Human resource role (desirable)

Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services.
