- Hi We're a family of three looking for a reliable and caring babysitter for our 3-year-old daughter on an irregular basis. Both parents are shift workers, and there are occasional days throughout the year when our schedules overlap and we need help - typically for around 4 hours in the middle of the day. We have a planned schedule through the end of the year, so you'll know the dates in advance.
