Storage Engineer - IBM Spectrum Scale
12-Month Contract (ongoing) | Government Client | Parramatta-Based | FinXL Professional Services
FinXL is seeking a motivated and experiencedStorage Engineerto join our dynamic team for a long-term project supporting a majorgovernment clientbased inParramatta.
This is a12-month initial contract, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career by working on enterprise-scale storage environments within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You will contribute to key infrastructure initiatives, applying your expertise to medium and complex systems.
Applicants must have recent experience withIBM Spectrum Scaleand the ability to obtainBaseline Security Clearance(Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this).
What you'll be doing:
Managing and optimisingIBM Spectrum Scale, IBM SVC, andIBM TSMstorage environments.
Administering and configuringSAN Brocade NetworkingandIBM Tape TS4500 ATL.
Supporting and maintainingNetAppstorage systems.
Troubleshooting storage performance issues and ensuring high availability.
Collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to align storage with business needs.
Assisting with architecture, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
