As a key member of the Finance Team, the** Financial Planning & Analysis Manager** will lead the company's financial planning and analysis activities. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for developing forecasts, budgets and financial models; analysing results; delivering financial insights to senior leaders; and collaborating closely with key stakeholders while contributing to a high-performing team. In this role, you will lead the process of setting business targets and coordinating the budget, monitor business performance, advise on the financial consequences of major decisions, and lead the process of reporting financial and managerial data. You will also make strategic recommendations aimed at improving and safeguarding financial results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial management & Control**
- Develop robust financial models to support decision-making across the business
- Provide financial modelling and support for strategic initiatives, major projects and capital investments, including feasibility studies and post-implementation reviews

**Functional Strategy Formation**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategy, anticipating complex issues and ensuring integration with broader functional goals
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and deliver insightful reports to the Leadership Team, highlighting opportunities for growth and risk mitigation

**Budgeting & Reporting**
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives
- Develop and communicate high-impact insights and recommendations to critical internal stakeholders
- Leverage Power BI and advanced Excel skills to build dashboards that track KPI's and provide stakeholders with real-time insights

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue optimisation and cost efficiencies

**Process Improvement**
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the financial planning and reporting processes, driving greater efficiency and accuracy
- Implement best practices in financial modelling and reporting

**About you**:

- Tertiary and post-graduate qualifications in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' FP&A experience in a manufacturing and/or retail environment
- Demonstrated Experience with Power BI is essential
- Proven ability to contribute to and influencing Leadership Team decision making
- Skilled at translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Confident in articulating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- A collaborative professional who balances attention to detail with strategic insight
