atWork Australia is a national Disability Employment Services (DES) provider. DES is funded by the Australian Government to help people living with disability, injury or health condition find and keep a job, and help employers find the right people to keep their business moving.

To do that, the team work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and coach them through interviews and into employment - as well as work with prospective employers to support and help them realise the benefits of employing a diverse workforce.

**Job Description**:
As an integral and valued part of our team, you will be a super motivated individual who seeks happiness in helping others find meaningful employment as they traverse through life's challenges. You hold a high level of compassion and empathy and you are comfortable working closely with team members and clients alike. With your level of professionalism and memorable smile, you have the ability to build rapport and network with key stakeholders. Customer focus is a priority and you hold a great sense of loyalty and pride in what you do.

**You will have**:

- Experience in providing support, information and referrals to
- people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Learn new computer systems quickly and a Microsoft Office star.
- Highly developed negotiation skills/case management experience.
