HOUSEKEEPING TEAM MEMBERS

We are a locally operated external letting agent specialising in holiday rentals in and around the Noosa area. As our business grows, we are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise housekeeping teams across multiple properties, delegating duties efficiently.
- Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Conduct property inspections and final checks before guest arrivals.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and manage restocking at our warehouse.
- Transport linen and equipment between properties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

**Benefits**:

- Flexible shifts (generally 8am start and 4pm finish).
- Weekend availability is required, with penalty rates for weekends and public holidays.
- Own transport is essential (claimable with tax return).

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related role, with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $47.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
