The position consists of hands-on testing, analytical assessment on data and or the preparation of test reports.Training and DevelopmentOn the job training;Support for further studies - studies in laboratory operations, paid for by the company;Opportunity for management role in the future
Responsibilities and QualificationsThe successful candidates will possess:Experience working in a soil laboratory environment – highly regardedExperience in earthworks operations with Level 1 earthworks supervision to AS3798 and Level 2 earthworks testing;A good understanding of Australian Standards for soil, rock, aggregate and concrete testing;A high level of initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm and be a team player.Excellent communication skills, motivation and commitment to deliver work to the highest standard will be highly regarded.Exceptional record keeping and attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;Previous NATA signatory experience would be an advantage.What's in it for youEmployee Assistance Program for Health & Wellbeing;Discount offers on your shopping through our Douglas Good Deals;Coaching and mentoring from some of the industry's top leaders;A work culture that is empowering, fun and inclusive where people matter
