Overview TheDriveGroup has partnered exclusively with a global data organisation to find their next Senior / Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the build of a brand new platform from the ground up.
This is not just about writing code; it is about shaping the direction of a large scale high impact product, solving complex technical challenges and setting the standard for quality engineering across the business.
The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, a dedicated training allowance, mentoring and regular one-to-one career development.
They do not box people into a fixed career path and you will work with leadership to create a tailored progression plan.
Base pay range : $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead the build of a brand new platform from the ground up and shape the direction of a large scale high impact product.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, high quality systems.
Contribute to architecture decisions and promote best practices in software engineering and quality assurance.
Work across the full stack on a modern cloud-driven architecture to deliver high performing, high-volume web applications.
Qualifications Strong coding fundamentals with a proven track record at senior or principal level.
A passion for tackling complex technical problems and delivering innovative solutions.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.
The mindset to lead by example, balancing technical depth with pragmatic problem solving.
An enthusiasm for building scalable, high-performing web applications at volume.
