**Position: Diploma Educator | Room Leader**

**Location**: Kanwal, NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality education and care to children, supporting their individual needs and developmental milestones.
- Implement and adapt educational programs that align with our core values and enhance children's learning experiences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect for nature.
- Collaborate with colleagues and engage with families to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

**Qualifications**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to our values.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Valid Working With Children's Check, First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Anaphylaxis Training (preferred)
- Asthma Training (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
