We are currently looking for our next high performing professional to join our Supply Chain team as a **Planner, **servicing our Retail sales & Procurement divisions.

You will play an integral part in supporting our internal teams by coordinating the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, from forecasting to end-of-season review. This position will report into the Supply Chain Manager and will suit a seasoned Planner, looking for the next step in their career.

The Planner must exhibit strong analytical and commercial skills, capable of identifying key issues through reporting and analysis to assist the team. Equally important is the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring the role's demands are met accurately and on time. Teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to support colleagues and take direction.

**The initial key functions of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Complete weekly Demand Planning, Supply planning and S&OP activities
- Coordination of the S & OP plan
- Generate weekly Supply Plans for approval by key stakeholders.
- Monitor items across actives to ensure alternatives are being utilised and excess stock is being utilised at locations.
- Generate weekly Demand Plans for approval by key stakeholders
- Maintain planning system configuration and master data; provide insight to Supply
- Present opportunities to management
- Drive ongoing improvements in forecasting accuracy
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Logistics/Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure slow moving inventory is managed proactively
- Support other Supply Chain initiatives or projects
- Ensure supply planning system configuration and master data is maintained effectively
- Other duties as required

**To be considered for this role, it is desirable that you have**:

- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate and influence, with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and can demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Planning experience
- A high degree of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical skills, and technically proficient
- Have experience with Systems and Excel (we use Netsuite, Power BI & Microsoft 365)
- A background in FMCG, logistics, raw materials, importing or manufacturing would be highly regarded
- Familiarity with AgChem products and an understanding of seasonality (a bonus)
