Are you a recent graduate or an allied health professional looking to enter the rehab/return to work industry? We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant / Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Osbourne Park, Perth on a full-time basis

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at WorkFocus Australia, you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health.

**As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include**:

- Undertaking initial needs assessments
- Psychological worksite assessments
- Vocational assessments
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and strategies to overcome these
- Designing, implementing and reviewing programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce

**What you'll bring to the role**
- Relevant degree in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Eligibility to gain, or have current membership with ASORC or RCAA
- Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is compulsory)
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
