We are looking for a Full-Time sales assistant to join our Repair Shop's located in Chadstone and South Yarra, Melbourne, Victoria. It's a full-time permanent position but there is also PT and Casual positions available so don't hesitate to apply.

In the position of á Sales Assistant, you will be part of the Retail team with several touchpoints in the organization. You will work in close collaboration with our Repair Shops, and the Store Manager.

**Main responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Set an example for great customer service
- Make sure the repair shop lives up to Nudie Jean's standards regarding customer service and brand experience.
- Drive sales and KPI ´s performance of the store.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to maximise sales and profit, and reach key targets.
- Maintain our repair service in-store.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Responsible for the work environment
- Maintenance of stock together with the sales coordinator.

**In order to fulfil the role, you are required to**:

- Have at least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience.
- Good software systems knowledge. We tend to favour Microsoft Office, Asana and Sitoo POS programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
