Looking for highly skilled and experienced butcher with knowledge of food safety regulations and retail service to join our team in a new butcher shop just opened in Brisbane.

**Job Description**:
As a skilled butcher, you will be
- responsible for preparing, cutting, packaging and labelling various types of meats according to customer preferences and specifications adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- You will also assist in -maintaining inventory, management and stock rotation and waste control
- keeping the workspace and equipment clean and organized,
- Excellent communication and customer service skills Providing knowledgeable assistance and answering their meat-related questions
- small goods knowledge It's required but not a must
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Being a team player with great attitude is a must

3 years plus of previous work experience in Australia

Also we Looking for a Highly skilled Butcher for long term commitment. If proven to be the right person. A future profit sharing will be offered ( timesheet and responsibilities will be adjusted and discussed then )

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 35 per week

- Morning shift
- On call

**Experience**:

- Expert: 3 years (preferred)
