Work with our client partner, **Breville **as a **Lead brand ambassador** You will be working **weekends** to support our existing Ambassador team boost brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

We're looking for a **natural leader** to provide team members with regular feedback, supervision, monitoring, coaching, and encouragement to ensure they are supported and motivated to do their best.

This role is perfect for someone who has **full weekend work availability** as you have other study or work commitments during the week.

**Location**: This role is vital for providing coverage across **Sydney and surrounds.** You **must be willing to travel** to different stores each weekend.

**To be successful you will need**:

- You must have a **reliable vehicle** and **willingness to travel.**:

- Previous **Sales experience** (highly desirable)
- Experience in leading a Team
- **Saturday **and **Sunday** availability (must)
- First class **communication** skills
- **Keen interest in coffee** - Barista skills are not necessary
- Self-driven attitude and **reliability**

**Salary**: $37.94 - $44.26 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
