**The Role**

This is the ideal opportunity for an up and coming Coordinator looking to get started without delay As someone excited to get started in their career and learn more on the job, you will have the opportunity to upskill yourself in a friendly, supportive and driven to deliver results workplace.

Your day includes:

- Providing support to a busy and proactive sales team: this includes administrative duties, creating sales schedules for Radio, TV and Digital campaigns; assisting in putting together sales proposals, presentations campaign documents for clients.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders from our radio Content, Brand Partnerships, scheduling and interstate teams to preempt upcoming needs and ensuring the requirements are in place to set them up for success.

**About you**
- Polite and confident communicator with well-developed written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills to uphold customer service delivery in a demanding deadline driven environment.
- Detail oriented outlook to ensure consistency and quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite to prepare general correspondence and also be keen to learn new software packages.
