30 Acres is on the hunt for a Assistant Manager to join our team in Norwood

You will be part of a dedicated **front of house team** with a great culture who are passionate and customer focus driven. Our Wait Staff are handpicked, hardworking and enthusiastic people that love to deliver top quality service with a smile every time.

**The role**:
As our restaurant supervisor, you'll own the delivery of an exceptional dining experience, work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house team. You will be jointly responsible for training and up-skilling our wait staff and manage the day to day operations of the restaurant ensuring each guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Full time or perm part time available (25-38 Hours)
- Dedicated to providing high-quality service at a consistent level
- Experience in developing and training new and existing staff of different capabilities
- Product knowledge is essential with strong wine knowledge a bonus
- Excellent time management and managerial skills
- Strong level of attention to detail
- Show initiative and ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to multi-task
- A resilient team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Valid Australian work visa and RSA
- Barista skills are a must
- must a be available weekends
- Only open late Friday & Saturday nights

The Role would ideally commence mid January

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
