**Position Overview**:BGIS is looking for a detail-oriented **Cleaner **to contribute to the cleanliness and overall maintenance of our facilities. As a **Cleaner **, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and hygienic environment for all occupants.

**Location**:Paddington and Sydney CBD, NSW**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
- Empty and dispose of trash receptacles.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.**
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential.
- Successful completion of a medical examination.
- Successful completion of a police clearance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting and bending.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Days**:Monday to Friday
- **Hours Vary**:7am to 6pm
